Swimming pool at Eaton Place
This speculative and “high end” work was commissioned by a property developer who employed, draughtspersons, builders and decorators directly. We opened up the building, modernised the services, and added careful detail to appeal to the lifestyle that our employer was targeting. The completed maisonette was bought by clothes designer Joseph. Much of the design’s success was due to Sally Storey, who worked with us from an early stage on the discreet lighting.
